I've flown a few dozen times, and generally there is no problem (it was
tricky from 2001 until about 2005).
If you feel you are getting some petty harassment (which does happen) ,
politely but firmly ask to see a supervisor, that normally puts an end
to it. Both Canada and England are fine as well.
I have not flown en femme from/to countries where English isn't the
primary language, I just feel it puts me at too much of a disadvantage,
but I do know of girls who have flown to both European and South
American countries without undue issues.B However, I personally
wouldn't do it, I don't even carry girl things in my carry-on outside
the US/Canada.
