Here's the current deadline/cutoff list. This is posted occasionally in
the main list, but I'll be sure it gets posted in this weekend's
mailing.

I'll also post it in the discussion forum.

I've added the coordinator's name(s) but in most cases contact should
be made through the appropriate DLV address, indicated below.

One thing to note is that the deadline for discount "V" tickets is
coming up very soon.

Deadlines and cutoffs:

Monday, April 5 is the deadline for pre-payment for discount tickets for
preferred seating (all seating options) for the 6:00pm performance of
"V", on Thursday, May 6. Payment must be RECEIVED by April 5. E-mail
dlv@geekbabe.com for payment instructions. THIS NOTICE SUPERCEDES A
PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED DEADLINE. (Coordinator: Aiko)

Wednesday, April 21 is the deadline for pre-payment (discount rate) for
the Lake Mead Boat Tour. Payment must be RECEIVED by April 21. Write
dlv@geekbabe.com for payment instructions. (Coordinator: Diane)

Tuesday, April 27 is the deadline for payment for golf. See golf list

Wednesday, April 28, 2359 CDT is the deadline for DLV 2004 registration.
This is also the deadline for all activity sign-ups and changes.

Tuesday, May 4, is the deadline for payment for group seating (full
price) for Thursday's "V" show. If you want to sit with the DLV group
for this show, payment must be received no later than Tuesday. Payment
may be made at any major DLV activity on Tuesday or before.

not claimed by Wednesday will be released to the waiting list. Payment
