"Insert Failure" message

Whenever I try to "Add images from DLV collections" to my gallery, I get the message "Insert Failure - this has been logged." Is this a known problem or is it unique to me

Definitely should not happen. I will check the logs tonight and see what is going on.

Sorry about the problems.

This was another case where a routine "update" to one of the system utilities caused some bad side effects. It was an easy fix.

The photo that errored out is now in your gallery.

Checking the logs, it looks like a few others had this same issue but just gave up and didn't report it. Please, gang, if something does not work properly or gives you a nasty message, report it so we can take care of it! This particular issue took all of about 3 minutes to fix.
