Activity Highlight: Drink and Drag on Sunday Night

Hi all,
On Sunday night of DLV, Drink and Drag is sponsoring a "So You Think You're a Drag Queen" competition and we are especially invited. D&D is located downtown on Freemont Street. We went to D&D last year for our Welcome Party and it is fun place. The show starts at 10PM and I believe there is no cover charge to get in. If you can can accept "shortcodes" via text if you text Drag to 313131 they usually have a drink offer with the text at the bar. Let's all meet up and have some fun on Sunday night. They have dancing as well. Hope to see you then. There is no need to sign up, just show up. Do something different and dress in drag!

I WORK at the D. HMU if you need any info. It looks like downtown is going to be the place to be.

This is perfect....A co-worker needed me to cover her Friday night so she's covering my Sunday night. Make sure you get gel tips on your nails, girls...D&D has a bowling alley

Actually, now that we have decided to have the Pre-DLV at Denny's, which is just downstairs from D & D, on Saturday night, it will give more time to be there. Personally, I'm going across the street to Hennessey's Irish Pub after we meet, for some good Irish music. I have been there before with some of my tg friends. In fact, I may even forego dinner at Denny's for some Shepard's Pie at Hennessey's. As they say in Ireland..."Slainte" which is good health in Gaelic

Excellent idea to go to Dennys. In case anyone doesn't know...I believe it is the ONLY Denny's in the world with a full liquor bar, and you can get married there! SO many places to drink cheaply downtown.
