Just wanted to say AWESOME job to all the volunteers that are setting
all these choices of places to go for DLV... Its obvious many of you are
putting in some time setting it all up and running the website and yahoo
group. It sure wouldnt hurt my feelings if you had a VOLUNTEER
registration fee in the future... Just a thought...

And thanks again...looking forward to another fun time!

Thank you!

Remarks like this are always appreciated. We have an absolutely super group of volunteers this year. Second to none! We have a full and rich schedule of all kinds of fun things to do!

I assume you mean "voluntary" fee here.

If you feel a need to contribute financially toward the effort, here are a few things you can do, voluntarily of course.

1. Contribute toward a few real-world expenses which are covered by volunteers. The cost of name tags is the most significant here. Two volunteers have pledged funds toward these this year, but other contributions are welcome.

2. At almost any activity, find out who the Coordinator is and buy him or her a drink! Things like this are always appreciated.

3. If you're riding with someone to DLV activities, slip him or her a few $$$ for fuel. Picking up your driver's valet parking tip is a nice gesture too.

4. Keep on the lookout for any case where a DLV volunteer is spending his/her own funds on DLV and offer to help with it.

I'm sure there are other ways as well. :) Thanks.
