Event Locations and details ??

Will there be more details coming out on event details and locations for those events we need to sign up for? Also, will there be a way to tell where events tagged as Gathering or the Pub Crawl have progressed to so late comers can find others?

Yes, the sign-up screen (watch your inboxes, they are being sent out now) will have activity locations. If you need further details on any of them, write in.

This year we are trying to get as many Coordinators to supply their cell phone numbers for things like this. So far about 50% of the Coordinators have done so, and those numbers will appear in the activity detail on the final schedule.

If it's not listed, phone one of the main DLV contact people. There will be three this year. Most likely he or she (we have both "he" ahd "she" people staffing the phones this year) will be able to get you in touch with the group.

And how is the pub crawl going to work and where is it going to be going?
