I just stayed at the IP two weeks ago and it was fine. I understand
though, that they are going to start some renovations in the casino
shortly. They are supposed to be moving the front desk. I have always
stayed at the IP and this trip it cost me a whopping $46.76 for two
days stay. How's that for value?

Yeah, great value! :)

Good enough value that you should stay again, like maybe beginning April 22? :)

I stayed at the IP during my first DLV, which was, umm...1998? It was nothing fancy, but it was clean enough, and there were no problems. I didn't go into a room last year, but I was at the casino and karaoke bar, and it was all nice and clean, and lively, so I expect that the rooms are still OK. when we stayed at Sahara, and San Remo, the stench of death and decay was evident.

Why aren't we recommending Sahara? Umm...maybe this has something to do with it...

Hi Denise!

When you said death and decay I thought you were thinking of the Del Mar. ;-).

Yes, the old body in the ventilator duct trick! I miss the Del-Mar, but we made it famous in our own way, and I wouldn't trade those memories for anything.
