Firefly opening night bash.

Hi.

When we discussed the opener earlier in the planning stage I was quite
upset to see the Hard Rock Cafe disappear off the radar so quickly due
to arrogant management there as it sounded nice. Canceling a date after
a solid booking is something I have never heard of before Anywhere. I
had never been inside the place so I thought I would check it out later
in the week to see if it was feasible to run an event for girls of all
levels. I have to say Sorry but No Dice! (A mild Vegas pun thrown in
for some DLV levity, Feel free to use this 1 .**Mild chuckles**).

This is a very nice place and I would enjoy an evening out there but it
would be totally scary for someone new and unsure of herself, The
entrance is very public and the stairs leading to and from the 2nd floor
aren't a confidence driver in any way. After ascending to the second
floor you are stopped at the door and it would seem to a new girl that
they might be searched and patted down by the hostess. There would be!

Hi.

My previous message was cut short. I suspect it was my error.
Sorry.

What I continued to say was.

I thought that the Firefly was the perfect place to hold a mixer kick of
event such as this. Accolades to the lady who stepped in at such short
notice to arrange this nice event,I think it worked very well for our
purpose. The plaza has easy access and the restaurant/bar area has ample
room for a party like this. Having Fremont St right next door is an
asset too for some nice easy socializing without having to drive to get
there. We should consider this for next years starter event, it was just
right.

Katie.

Hi D L V ERS

I thought the April date was perfect the weather cooperated. I felt it
was just perfect. For us racers the week end before gave us a chance to
attend the N H R A( DRAGS) for you non racers.Furthermore the Firefly
was a 10 out of 10. I attended both nights at the firefly. The Happy
hour was a home run and the drinks were definitely not watered down.

I have to agree that Firefly was absolutely perfect. Fantastic food &
drink (their sangria was perfection) at terrific prices. I was there on
Thursday and would endorse Firefly being on the schedule next year.
Otherwise, I just might have to go there anyways.

I missed the opening night @ firefly. Late arrival. I did go
there the second night and thought the Tapas were amazing.
Just small enough portions to help with the figure and
prepared perfectly I thought. Food and drink were very
reasonably priced I thought.

I was referring to newer girls Annie, This would not bother me
either. but it likely would scare a newer person a bit don't
you think?

It's a nice place and I like it but I can still remember how
tough it was when I started as it isn't that long ago.

I've been to the new HRC twice now, and the only "confrontation"
which was done at the second floor podium was a "Do you want
a table or do you want to sit in the bar?" type of query.

Nothing out of the ordinary for any host/ess station at any
restaurant.

The host/ess situation at the HRC should be no more scary
than the host/ess situation at Firefly.
