Help identifying a certain DLVer, please ...

A person of some standing in the community has asked us to help get
in touch with a certain DLVer.

The person (the DLVer) is described as:

+" ... who lives in Texas on a street named for an aircraft company
+and who is a flyer." ... "This person was a key player in the Las
+Vegas vacation/Diva program and promoted it at various conventions,
+such as the 2007 IFGE session in Philadelphia. She is a very
+vivacious and out-going person with many friends within the TG
+community. I am certain that aviation was also a big part of her
+life. As recall, she lived on a private airport on a street named
+something like Cessna or Beech."

Does anybody recognize who this person is referring to?
