Attendance statistics (was Re: DLV Did Not Meet My

I'm curious with the event stats.

Is it possible to see the percentage of those that
took the survey, with the total number of people
that attended that event, or closest count to how
many attended that event.

Ie. Say XXX event, where 10 attended. Only
3 responded to the survey, this represents a third.
It can be a good enough data to be convincing that
their comments represents the other 2 thirds.

If 5 attended a event and 5 responded, then its a
100% response.

I'm not trying to change the interpretation of the data,
I just want to know the percentage.

If this info is posted, then forgive me, and I'll re-read
the email.

Here are the ones I attended. I've noted the approximate numbers
of people in square brackets at the end of the lines. Maybe others
can add activities I don't have.

Pre-DLV Get-together (unofficial), Alexis Park: 4.22 (27 responses) [~35]
Studio Lites Open House, Monday: 4.0 (20 responses) [~30]
Dinner/Welcome Celebration, Blue Ox: 4.49 (53 responses) [~93]
Night of the Soiled Doves, Tuesday: 4.65 (29 responses) [~36]
EON Milano's option, Wednesday: 5.0 (8 responses) [~12]
Alternative Bar Crawl, Wednesday: 4.61 (13 responses) [~20]
Lunch With Lori, Harrahs, Thursday: 4.33 (12 responses) [~25]
Limo Tour, Thursday: 4.34 (26 responses) [~45]
Charles Bar, Bellagio, Friday: 4.58 (17 responses) [~25]

We'll very seldom get 100% response for anything like this,
but if we see 10 or more responses to one item, we can usually
assume we have enough samples to consider the rating for that
item valid.

It's those which have fewer than 5 or so responses where I
think we may be seeing noise and not data, even though the
responses are most definitely valid from the viewpoints of
the attendees who made the responses.

It's not. We really don't track actual attendance numbers at
the activities very well. The best we can do is guess, and
I'm sure there are some who will disagree with my numbers
above.
