We're asking all who attended to please take our DLV 2013 follow-up
Attendee Survey, which is now on line.

You can take the survey by clicking here:

This survey should take you about 5 minutes or so to complete. It
gives us considerable valuable information for summarizing this
year's event and for planning events to come.

To make it easier for you and to speed things along, if you did not
participate in any particular activity, or if any particular question
does not apply to you, you may leave the corresponding answer blank
and skip to the next.

Please take the survey only once, with one major exception:

If you ever want to add any additional comments in the final boxes,
please bring up the survey again, go directly to the final free-form
text boxes, and submit another entry without checking any of the
buttons or checkboxes in the main part of the survey. You may do this
as many times as you like.

If you wish to comment further, or you wish to comment in the first
person in your name, please do so in the DLV Discussion Forum on line
