Thanks to all for the comments regarding the proposed Ending Formal.
They have been most helpful.

Let's set the cut-off for survey responses and comments which are to be
considered for 12:00 noon on Tuesday, about 24 hours from now, to give
time for tabulating and summarizing to ORG on Wednesday.

We'll be presenting a motion for action to ORG on Wednesday morning, and
we'll make announcements in our general mailings as appropriate to keep
everybody informed as to what's going on.
