This has been answered at least twice in this forum already, as
well as being covered in detail in the mailings, please take note
of this.
Information on the activities, in excruciating detail, including
locations, maps, and everything else, will be sent to all validated
attendees in the Large Final Mailing. In addition, this year we will
hand out a hardcopy summary schedule and activity map at check-in time.
Some activity location information will also appear on the activity
sign-up screen. (See mailings for details on this.)

If you mean when will the activity locations be posted, in public,
on the web, the answer is that they will not be.
Why?
Not to be pedantic, but only registered DLV attendees have a need to
know this. This info will be made available in several forms to the
registered attendees as previously covered.
