Bare Minerals freebies

I signed up for the Bare Minerals/ Bare Escentuals email list several months ago. http://www.bareescentuals.com/
They send out the usual announcements of new products in fashionable shades & etc. Last week they sent out a coupon for a free eye shadow color of your choice. So, I printed out the email and looked on their website for the eye color I wanted. I learned that the matte and velvet colors are best for older women and the hi-gloss is for the younger crowd. It's good to know about this. I picked the velvet violet which is a lavender shade. I walked into the shop in male-mode and asked for the freebie. The Gal knew where this eye color was and she gave it to me right away. This is a $14 product and I now have it in the shade I want for my new purple dress. Sweet!
