Attending DLV Question

I am an older male who admires transgender women from afar. At the same
time, I have a desire to crossover and be a woman, but I've only been
able to fantasize thus far. When I saw the announcement for DLV, it
seemed that it might be an excellent place for me to begin my journey by
socializing with real people who have accomplished what I have only
dreamed. The idea of attending DLV and participating in the events
excites me and gives me hope. Is there room for a person like me at DLV?
