New Restaurant at the Plaza

According to this morning's RJ the Plaza is planning a remodel of the
Firefly to be called Oscar. It will be named after former mayor Oscar
Goodman and the word is that he may actually have a stake in it in as
much as he is highly progressive about downtown development.

The locality here continues to get better as growth and urban renewal
continue. Denny's is looking at a space in the movie complex which
sorely needs tenants as of now. The downtown scene continues to improve
and clean up its act.

Our options are also expanding and improving as LV grows. It is
becoming more urbane and liberal, more accepting of alternative
lifestyles. Our opportunities for fun and adventure increase yearly.
I see better and easier times ahead.
