> Yes, that is exactly what I was referring to, nice piece of DLV lore.
There have been a number of these, some amusing some not, in the history of DLV. The recent ones I remember are:
At the Sahara buffet I was taking the escalator up to join the LWG gang. A GG going down on the escalator remarked to someone else riding up "Gaaawwwwd, there's a whole bunch of men dressed as women up there!"
At Bellagio, during the Limo Tour. Many in our group were sitting on the benches and railing relaxing. Dude walks by pointing to people he passes ... "girl boy boy boy girl boy boy girl ..."
Somebody (Other Annie, maybe?) told me that when she was checking in to the Sahara (in boymode), the desk agent pointed out one of our people and said "there's a whole group of them staying here this week" or words to that effect.
One eye-opening thing that you can do if you want is to go as stealth as you can, break away from where the group has congregated, mingle with the civilians and keep your ears open. You can sit solo at a bar (Charles, BB, Trevi) within earshot of others and listen to the comments when the normals catch on to the nature of the arriving guests.
