Get in the habit (was Re: Going forward, ...)

Well, I bought the nun's habit because I'm going to wear it to a Gothnic
and hearse club event, the Funeral Races. Uh-oh, I feel a plug coming
on...

Tony and I were joking the other day about wearing it to a bar, maybe
for karaoke or something. I suggested wearing it to the Catholic school
that our daughters attend, but Tony said, no, he wasn't going to do
that. ;)

There are lots of costume shops on the web that sell these, but I'm not
sure about the quality. I thought I would try mine out and if anything
looks like it's not going to hold up, I'll buy that part from a company
that sells individual parts of the habit.

Maybe we should have a DLV event where we dress like nuns and do
something totally ridiculous...maybe make it part of the limo tour?

Maybe to the Del-Mar...have several limos full of nuns get out and try
to rent a room and an adult movie. We could squeeze it in after the
Galiano Challenge or something.

I'm willing to coordinate this event if we can get enough people
interested...I would expect about a 50% no-show because a lot of people
would lose their nerve, but I guarantee that I would do it. Just need
enough people to commit to it so I don't get Cartman'd...buying your own
habit would be a good way to show your sencerity.

Remember, only 11 more months till next DLV!
