No change to the actual documents as approved in 2003. There
was another item which clarified a few issues, approved in
2008, but it did not rescind or modify any of the original.

As one of those who heard first hand some of the complaints
about what's referred to as the "Bo Peep outfit", I can say
most certainly that others' enjoyment of DLV 2003 was indeed
impacted.

It wasn't really the outfit per se, but a combination of the
outfit and the attention it got in the mainstream, plus the
issues of deportment, alcohol use, and obvious restroom use.
The combination resulted in unease and discomfort among some
of the other attendees, and did result in some mandatory
restroom "arrangements" at one of our hotels.

The outfit itself was quite appropriate for the Flex Lounge,
the venue at which I first remember it, but not for a casino
or the Mandalay Bay.

These are the very issues which our BDR guidelines, policies,
and procedures are meant to address.

There appears to be a certain degree of naivete and maybe
some wishful thinking in the perceptions our people, and
in particular those who are new to public exposure, have
in regard to the attention they receive from the general
public.

With the exception of our very few younger, smaller and
more passable people who are truly "propositionable" (as
Tony might say) :) :), the reactions of the members of
the general public are far from what one would wish.
