If you attended DLV 2009 and have not yet taken the DLV 2009
survey, please visit the following URL:

These follow-up surveys give us extremely valuable information,
both concerning the current year's event, and as trends from
year to year.

If you enjoyed things, let us know. If you didn't, let us know
that "opportunities for improvement" exist.

We want to have the preliminary survey results on line next
week, so the survey will close on June 15.

If you already took the survey and want to make additional
textual comments, please feel free to bring up the survey
screen again, don't enter anything in the buttons and
checkboxes, but go right to the very end and enter your
comments.
