Tuesday night dinner option
Once again I am planning on hosting a small dinner outing on Tuesday evening. In the past we have had 3 tables of six spread out throughout Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. This allowed for 1. Small groups and more intimate conversation, 2. Less attention on us from surrounding tables, 3. Better service/attention by wait-staff, 4. Ability to have separate checks for all guests at each table.
I am hoping to do the same this year but am thinking of moving to a new venue… The Center Cut Steakhouse at Flamingo. I would love to get your input on this. I really love Ruth’s Chris and they have always been super to us. My thought is to try a new place and hope we find another gem like RCS.
So please let me know what you think of this and if you plan on joining us Tuesday night. Cocktails at 6:00, dinner at 7:00.

I went last year and had a great time thank you.

If you are looking for suggestions, I have been to Lawry's in Las Vegas
many times, and have always had a delightful meal, with wonderful
service. It is upscale, and I would recommend it highly.

Hi Bev,

I look forward to attending your Tuesday night dinner at Ruth's Chris.

Yes, I said Ruth's Chris. My humble opinion is that you stick with the
good thing we have going. The staff there absolutely cherish our group
and we are treated like royalty. While I can see the allure of trying
something new, there is something to be said for staying with what we
know to be as close to perfect as one can get. Not only that, staying
with Ruth's Chris rewards the establishment for how terrific they have
been to us over the last few years.

Will this venue ever get "old"? I doubt it, at least from my point of
view. This is a once a year event and Ruth's Chris has become a reliable
standby event that I most certainly look forward to, almost as much as
the P.F. Chang's dinner ;) !

OK, just as much but for different reasons.

Please don't change!!!

Based on the feedback I got here and in emails I have decided that I will stay with dining at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse on Tuesday evening. As it has been pointed out they have always treated us great and given us top notch service. They should be reward for that. So we will return again this year to one of the best places in Las Vegas to dine. I hope you will plan on joining us.

It appears that the Tuesday evening dining at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is full. Thank you all for registering and signing up. It will be a great evening. Cocktails at 6:00 and we will begin seating in tables of 6 at 6:45. Please do not be late.
Please be sure to let me know if you change your mind or are unable to make it as we do have people on the waiting list. I don't want to have to tell someone they cannot join us and then have someone else be a no-show and we have an empty seat. That would not be nice.
