What an experience it was for the DLV meat lovers who were able to join
Dennis and I last night for dinner at the Texas de Brazil. Great place,
fantastic food, great service, friendly and courteous staff, wonderful
variety of salads, trimmings, and meats... and more meats.... meats
galore from chicken to veal and pork to filet mignon and Brazilian
sausage brought to you on skewers and sliced right onto your plate by a
crew of very good looking meat servers.
I thought they were going to give us a chance to enjoy our salad before
bringing on the meats but that was not in the plan. No sooner had we
started our salads when the first wave of abled bodied meat servers
started tempting us with their delicious array of mests.
Only one downside to the evening was noted. The restaurant was very
crowded and the atmosphere was a bit noisy which didn't make as good as
a place to eat and converse, but it definitely was a place for people
watching and eating a variety of good food, and being surrounded by a
festive crowd. And, we definitely made a impressive presence.
All in all I want to thank Holly and Toni, Danielle and Vanessa,
Genevive, Teri, Jane, and Valorie for being such wonderful dinner
guests.
