Activity Highlight: Sunday Dining at "TGI Fridays", March 22

This restaurant is located at 4570 W Sahara Ave. (between Arville and Decatur, but closer to Arville) and is intended as a convenient dining option for those intending to go to karaoke across the street at the Phoenix. However, everyone is welcome, karaoke-goer or not. I have eaten at this restaurant several times with a fairly large TG group and have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The food is also considerably better than what I've found at other TGI restaurants, especially those found in casinos and airports.

We will begin around 6PM with HH in the bar area followed by dinner at 7PM. For those who may wish to eat in the bar area, they may do so. The rest of us will move into the adjoining restaurant and be seated as one large group or perhaps several smaller groups, depending on the numbers. We will be able to order from the full menu as well as any special menu choices they may have on that day.

After dinner, it is just a short walk (about 1-quarter mile) to the Phoenix, which is on the other side of both Sahara and Arville. Driving is a little further because, exiting the parking lot, you are forced west on Sahara, so you need to go to the light at Decatur, make a U-turn and come back east to Arville and then the Phoenix.

At the present time, there are only 15 people signed up for dinner tomorrow (Sunday) evening, so it is not too late to decide to come to TGIF even if you have not signed up. Just show up. For anyone who wants to locate me there, I look a little different than my current avatar, as my hair changed from brunette to blonde. Also, if anyone needs or would like a ride to the Phoenix for karaoke after dinner, I have room for up to 4 people. This would be about a 5-minute ride.
