A few things about the Strat...

When I was there last year, their valet damaged my car. They refused to
take responsibility.

They are the ONLY casino in Las Vegas that has refused to issue me a
players club card with my girl name on it. Their reviews online are
generally unfavorable (Yelp, et al). Book at your own risk.

when i FWD the info about STRATOSPHERE, i did not bother to read the
fine print (this time; i have sometimes before). STRATOSPHERE suited my
needs every time i stayed there which was all but once (a large part
being i could find it easily). i am not a gambler, so that was never
issues(s), as it might be for some. i had my own automobile; maps
(commercial and DLV-published) worked fine. the only "difficulty" i
ever encountered was once when my key failed to work and i had to go to
the desk (straight from NOSD --- in full "slut" arrray -- not really too
bad; i would willingly go "out" in that outfit --- i am in the Group
photos, 2007, DOVES, 6th from left, front row, fishnet hose, short black
skirt ------- should anyone be curious). staff was very helpful and
understanding -- minimum of embarassment on my part. check-in i did in
boy-mode, as that is how i registered; check-out was automated, so i
could do so in gurl-mode.

STRATOSPHERE may not suit everyone's wants & needs, but it was fine for
me. i keep getting the periodic e-mail ads, though i admit i do not
usually read them, let alone the fine print, as health reasons have
prevented me from attending DLV for a few years now.

anyway, THEN (and maybe even now) for one such as me, the $$ was right
and everything else, too. JUST A SUGGESTION.
