That looks like an expensive ride. I can see why you'd want to share it. I'm more of a public transit kind of gal. Besides, I'll already be in Oak Park for the earlier activities.

Will you be using public transit for the return trip?

I should have asked... are you only attending the evening activities in Oak Park? If you are attending the earlier activities as well, I could meet you and we could travel together on the El.

You will not have ANY trouble finding things to do in Oak Park for an afternoon! I know some will be doing the Hemmingway stuff, plus there's the Open House at Kelly's. Even a stroll between Oak Park and Harlem can be very enjoyable and there are several places of interest along that stretch.

I'll be out there as soon as I can. I'm gonna try to make Kelly's if at all possible but I'll definitely be at Winberies for HH.
