Late notices and updates
DLV 2024 Changes and Schedule Notes:
-
Due to sign-up changes, many people who were shown on waiting lists are now
showing confirmed. Please check your current activity status via the
Attendee Information Portal. This is the link that you have received
several times.
-
Those who registered after Thursday, September 19 may not have a printed name
tag available on site. Late registrants should print their own name tags
via the Attendee Information Portal. This is the link that you have received
several times.
-
Please allow extra time when departing the Linq in a vehicle parked in the
parking structure, due to frequent exit gate malfunctions and traffic
issues in the area.
-
Please be sure that you are using the final version of our
schedule! Many changes and additions have occured over the recent
few weeks!
Please be sure that you are not using one of the working schedules
published in our mailings as the final DLV schedule! Likewise, if you
are using a schedule that was posted on social media, it is most likely
out of date and inaccurate.
-
Please make careful note of lunch, happy hour and dinner start times.
Some options start at different times!
-
New attendees are designated by lavender name tags. Please make a
special effort to welcome these individuals and introduce yourself.
-
We use the term "Happy Hour" to refer to
a social activity which may or may not
coincide with the times for promotional reduced beverage prices offered
by some venues.
-
Those on waiting lists should consult the Waiting List Instructions
for the particular activities in the notes on the final detailed
schedule.
-
For most attendees with name tags, a QR code (a square bitmap) which
links to your Attendee Information Portal appears on the reverse side of
your name tag. To quickly access your Attendee Information Portal, simply
scan this QR code with most any smart phone. You can use this to quickly
review your signed-up activities and schedules.

(Pack an umbrella. It doesn't rain that often in Las Vegas, but
when it does it POURS!)

use of hand-held cell phones and hand-held texting devices when operating
a motor vehicle.
