Setting Up Activity Reminders

The instructions on this page will guide you through setting up activity reminders for the Diva Las Vegas activities which you want to attend.

Once you set up the reminders, you may return to the reminder set-up screens at any time to change or cancel reminders or to update your reminder destination device or account.


There are two major steps to setting up DLV activity reminders:
  1. Setting up a device or account to receive reminders. This may be:
    • An e-mail account.
    • A text-capable cell phone. (Reminders are not supported using "virtual" phone numbers such as Google Voice.)

  2. Selecting activities for which reminders will be sent.

In this example, we will be setting up reminders from a cold start, with no reminder destinations or activity reminders selected.

Please note that the images on this page are examples of what you will see when you set up your activity reminders. The links and buttons within the images on this page are not clickable and will have no effect.

It is suggested that you open your activity reminder set-up screen in a new tab or window along with this screen, and then switch between them as appropriate when doing your initial reminder set-up.


To begin the process of setting up activity reminders, go to your Attendee Information Portal screen. The link for this appears in the e-mail that you received shortly after you registered. If you can't find this, write in and we will re-send this to you.

Select the "Activity Reminders" option using the tile on the right of the Attendee Information Portal screen button to begin the process.


If you do not have a reminder destination (e-mail account or cell phone) set up to receive reminders (the first time you access this, you will not), you will be presented with a screen similar to the following:

Of course, your name will appear on this screen.

Click on the highlighted "HERE" link (on your screen, not on this example page) to proceed to the set-up of a reminder destination.


The following screen will appear:

You now have two choices to make. These are:

  1. What e-mail account or cell phone to send your reminders to.
  2. How long before the activities begin do you want the reminders?

You may have the reminders sent to any of the following:

  1. Your primary e-mail address used for your DLV registration.
  2. Any alternate e-mail address.
  3. A text-capable cell phone operated by a supported carrier.

In the example below we will be setting up reminders to occur one hour prior to the start of activities selected for reminders, and the reminders will be sent to a text-capable cell phone operated by Verizon Wireless.

Notice that we have clicked the "Text-capable cell phone" button, entered the cell phone number twice to assure no error, and selected Verizon Wireless from the drop-down box as the cell phone carrier.

We have also selected 60 minutes (one hour) as the reminder lead time.


When the destination and reminder lead time are complete and correct, click the "Set e-mail or phone" button. If no errors have occured, the following screen will appear (click to enlarge):

Click the button to proceed to the actual activity selection screen.


You will then see a fairly large screen listing all DLV activities along with a checkbox to set a reminder for each activity. The example below shows only the very bottom of this screen, inncluding the buttons available to update the reminders and other information.

To set a reminder for an activity, simply click on the checkbox for that particular activity. When you have selected all of the reminders that you wish, click on the "Update Reminders" button as shown in the example below.
