quite a few list members lately, including a number from

Dates for DLV 2011:

Diva Las Vegas 2011 will happen from Sunday, April 3 thru
Friday, April 8.

This timeframe was selected by almost a 2-to-1 majority of
the volunteers on the second round of voting, assisted by
responses from all on the Discussion Forum.

We're looking forward to seeing all of you in Las Vegas
next April.

Things to come:

Unless unforeseen circumstances develop, there will be only
one more DLV general mailing in 2010, coming out in late
November or early December, and this will announce our
suggested hotels for DLV 2011. Regular general mailings will
begin around the first of the year.

Unlike most other TG events, Diva Las Vegas does not revolve
around a hotel. Hotels are for sleeping! You may stay wherever
you wish, but we do make suggestions of hotels for those who
wish to be around others in the group and for those who want
a hotel which is known to provide good service to our attendees.

Due to the fact that DLV 2011 will occur earlier in the year
than any of our previous events, we will need to adjust some
of our timing for such things as registration and activity
sign-up.

Just before the first of the year, those who have attended in
the past can expect to receive their express re-registration
e-mail. This will allow quick and convenient registration for
those who have attended in the past.

During the month of January we will open newcomer registration
for members of this mailing list. If you are reading this via
your own personal e-mail, this includes you.

Our general open registration for DLV 2011 will begin in mid
February.

Activity sign-up will begin in the early part of March. This
is when you tell us which of the many optional activities you
want to do.

We'll review the various goings-on in our general mailings as
we approach the date of our big event.
