About a week prior to DLV, everybody who registered will get a very
large mailing (the other Michelle calls this the Annual War And Peace
mailing) which contains such things as where each activity is, when it
starts, how to locate the group at each activity, excruciatingly
detailed directions to each location, what to do if you can't find the
group, dress suggestions for each activity, etc.

Around the middle of March we will begin activity sign-up, which will be
for the various activities where a reservation, headcount, etc. has to
be done. Everybody who has registered at that time will get a mailing
with instructions on how to do this.

All locations of all activities will be given to those who have
registered. No, they do not and will not appear on the web. You will
also get voice phone contact information and emergency Big Sister
information.
