Most of the people will be staying in our suggested hotels, which are
(in alphabetical order):

Imperial Palace
Sahara
San Remo
Tropicana.

Shortly before DLV, an excruciatingly detailed mailing will be sent to
everybody who has registered, which will include things such as a final
detailed schedule, etc. It will go over each activity, where it is, when
it is, and how to locate the group.

When you get to your first DLV activity, one of our volunteers will take
your name, give you your name badge, ask you if you have any questions
or concerns, and introduce you around if you are not acquainted with
anybody else present. (We are a very congenial group. :)
