Hostess Vaccination declaration.

Hi.
I am Katie and I will be running the Morning coffee sessions. (Katies Koffee korner) each day.

I thought it might be pertinent to the worrying times and a bit reasuring to those who plan to attend if we let everyone know if we have been vaccinated or not so.

EVERYBODY. Please reply to this and let the rest of us know , a simple "Yes" or "No" will be fine if you are not the talkative type..

I have had my first shot and will have the second one done in a few weeks so I am a safe bet to socialize with at **DLV 2021** in October.

I would imagine that a lot of people who might be thinking of joining us would like to know if they are going to be as safe as possible while at DLV .

I don't want to know your politics or a long drawn out story of why you did or didn't. Just a confirmation that I and anyone else will be safe to socialize with the hostesses.

Yes, both of us have had both vaccines...Moderna....not sure if I will make
the Katie's Korner sessions though.

I got two shots... one was scotch, the other was also scotch. Oh, and I got a couple in my arm as well.

I've been jabbed twice with Moderna and I'm being told that I can interact with others in a normal way now. I didn't know that being normal was a condition of covid immunity. I'll try, but no warranty is implied.

I did intend this column to be for Hostesses only but anyone who will be in attendance is also welcome to let us know if they have been vaccinated or not.

Also According to polls taken, a large amount of people in the US say they are not going to get vaccinated so logic tells me that a large number of DLVers are in this boat too.

This also tells me that a lot who have been reluctant to reply to this message are denying the science once again and refusing to help the rest of us to stay safe so PLEASE Please Please do the right thing and tell us if you are one of them and are not going to get vaccinated so that I can avoid you ***And rest assured I will***.

For the last 2 years I have gone through some a harrowing medical issues so I can't afford to treat my health like it was a joke so please say so if you are one of the deniers.
