Yes, Diva Las Vegas 2023 is only five weeks away!

Everyone is getting excited about it and this year's volunteers have
done an exceptional job putting together a very complete selection of
activities of all types for you!

We're looking forward to seeing you in person in October.

If you would like to attend dlv 2023 and have not registered, please do

Activity Sign-Up in two weeks:

Most of our activities run on a "No sign-up, just show up" basis,
meaning that all you need to do to participate in them is to be a
registered DLV 2023 attendee and show up at the relevant place and time.

Quite a few of our activities, however, require some kind of action in
advance, such as a sign-up, a headcount, perhaps a payment, and maybe
some other action such as a ticket purchase on your part.

We take care of this at Activity Sign-Up time, which is on track to
start in just two weeks!

On or about October 1, everyone who is registered for DLV 2023 as of
September 30 will receive an invitation via email to sign up for the
optional activities.

This will be done via the Attendee Information Portal, which is at the
link everyone received when they registered.

It takes only a few minutes to complete the Activity Sign-Up process.
Each activity is listed and described, and everything that is needed to
participate is noted.

Change your mind? In most cases you can simply go back to your Activity
Sign-Up screen and make changes as you like.

Please watch for your Activity Sign-Up Invitation around the first of
October.

Activity Highlight - Limo Tour:

For Diva Las Vegas 2023, we will be bringing back Activity Highlights,
which for many years prior to Covid were a regular feature leading up to
the big event.

Each general mailing between now and DLV will include at least one
Activity Highlight, and these (and possibly others) will also be posted
to the DLV Discussion Forum, which is on line here:

This week we feature the Limousine Tour, which was a regular feature
of Diva Las Vegas for many years.

Since an activity of this type is very up close and personal, we have
not attempted it since Covid.

The Limo Tour is one of the premier activities at Diva Las Vegas. It
involves a stretch limousine ride around Las Vegas, both the Strip and
downtown. You will join 30-some other Ladies (and Gentlemen) in a 3
hour tour of selected Casinos and attractions.

(Chorus: "A 3-hour tour!")

As with years gone by, this year's Limo Tour will concentrate on the
destinations and stops that you know and love.

If you can imagine what several stretch limos look like pulling up to
the front doors of Las Vegas casinos, you can imagine the fun you will
have getting your photo taken with your Sisters (and Brothers) in front
of famous Las Vegas landmarks.

Yes, ride in STYLE! Go see and be seen! Enjoy a beverage with your
sisters (and brothers) as you cruise the Strip.

At each stop you will have an opportunity to mingle with the crowds and
wear your stunning Diva dress as you walk through the crowds and the
action.

On Fremont Street do the the "Diva Walk" to the (in)famous Four Queens
for more picture taking!

Two options for the Limo Tour will be available:

"A Ticket", six riders per vehicle.
"E Ticket", four riders per vehicle.

You can specify which option you want, including first and second
choices.

You will also be able to optionally specify the names of any preferred
riding companions on the Activity Sign-Up screen.

All Limo Tour options include liquid refreshments, both potent and
benign.

You can sign up for the DLV 2023 Limo Tour at activity sign-up time,
which begins in just two weeks!

Although prices have risen on about everything, we are doing all we can
to keep the Limo Tour affordable.

Space is limited, priority will be first-signed, first served.

Schedule and activity notes:

Sunday (our first Sunday, October 22) will feature some informal
get-togethers and informal dining options.

Monday afternoon and evening will be centered around Downtown Las Vegas,
beginning with a light lunch and a Mob Museum tour.

Our first major gathering will be on Tuesday evening at the Bahama
Breeze, which we have used for this activity for many years. This
will include the DLV 2023 Official Group Photograph.

The Limo Tour (see Activity Highlight) will happen on Thursday, as
well as several daytime activities and multiple evening dining
options.

Golf will happen on Thursday morning and early afternoon and our Pool
Party (swimming and sunbathing, not billiards) will happen in the
afternoon.

Our final major gathering will occur on Thursday evening.
