You can Oder of the menu when we arrive and it will be catered from the
cafe to a private room.

Rather than the cafe having to calculate individual tickets and have
separate charges they are just going to charge my credit card.

First:

Your not ordering at a register so creation of individual charges
are not feasible.

Secondly they are delivering the lunches away from the cafe.

Thirdly, if you Queued up it would take most of the time allotted to eat.

If you want to cancel the lunch, I won’t be upset.

I am just trying to make it as painless as possible to the attendees,
even though I might be at risk for not being full reimbursed.

The other alternative is just go toCafe, que-up and and eat there,
but they will not block a bulk seating . People could do tables
of four.

Your thoughts. we have time to adjust.

Thanks for the clarification, I haven’t rsvp’d for this at this time.

I personally would be fine with eating at smaller tables in the cafe
itself and pay individually, doing large tables gets hard anyway. I’ll
see how this looks going forward.

For me, paying my individual check with my Visa card is absolutely
essential.
