Yes, this is "The One That Counts" for Pinkfest sign-up. :)

Those responding affirmatively to this message will receive the final
Pinkfest schedule, contact numbers, map, etc.

"REGRETS" ARE NOT NECESSARY! Due to the volume of mail and the confusion
factor, we request that you PLEASE DO NOT respond with regrets only.

First of all, we would like a "General RSVP" from all who are planning
on attending any or all of Pinkfest. One sentence "I will be there" is
sufficient.

A cell phone number will be helpful, in the event there are last minute
changes and such, but it's not required. Phone numbers will be given
only to Annie, Ginger, and Laura and will not be posted in public or
shared with others without your permission.

Second, we need to have approximate headcounts on the following items.
Please indicate the number of people from your party who will be at the
following items.

Anything on the final schedule which is not listed below is on a "no
sign-up, just show up" basis.

If you don't sign up for these, and find that you are able to do them,
please feel free to show up anyway. Advance notice will be nice so we
can adjust seating counts and such, but if you show up without one,
we'll do our best to squeeze you in.

Wednesday 1:00pm: Hemmingway Birthplace tour (Hemmingway Birthplace)
Wednesday 7:00pm: Dinner (Winberies)

Thursday 12:00n: Lunch With Ginger (Towbar)
Thursday 5:30pm: Wine Tasting (Taste Food and Wine)

Friday 11:00am: Lunch With Ginger (Walnut Room)
Friday 7:00pm: Dinner (The Berghoff)

Saturday 12:00n: Lunch With Ginger (Ann Sathers)
Saturday 7:00pm: Dinner (Giordano's)

Sunday 12:00n: Lunch With Ginger (Billy Goat Tavern)
Sunday 7:00pm: Dinner (Twin Anchors)

I will be attending all scheduled events, including those requiring head counts.

Bev here. I am planning on attending the following activities (subject to change, ie: add or subtract)...
Thursday: dining at Big Chicks. Is there plans for a comedy club this evening? Count me in if so.
Friday: Walnut Room, Adler Planetarium, Berghoff, Signature Lounge
Saturday: Ann Sathers lunch, Boat Tour (is this when it is scheduled?), evening TBD
Sunday: Billy Goat Tavern, Navy Pier activities
I will be arriving Thursday afternoon and departing for home Sunday afternoon.
