IMPORTANT: All Pinkfest attendees please read this note carefully and
respond to the items indicated

This is the official "Call For RSVPs" for Pinkfest 2013. Some may have
already expressed intent to participate in various things, and if this
is the case for you, the response to this messages is "the one that
counts" so please reconfirm.

Please read the following notes for various activities carefully. Those
not listed in this message are "no sign-up, just show up" where all you
need to do is come and join us.

All who respond affirmatively to any part of this message will get the
contact information for Pinkfest volunteers in case there are any
real-time questions or concerns during the event.

You do not need to respond to any item if you will not be participating,
only if you intend to participate.

Please look this list over, hit REPLY, and respond with your RSVPs as
appropriate.

American and Swedish cuisine and traditional breakfast items, pastries,
and lunch specials. Low to moderate in price. Please RSVP with your
intent to attend.

Barbeque and American specialties. Moderately priced. They do not take
reservations. Please be present during happy hour if you wish to be
seated with the group. RSVP for an approximate headcount please.
