Welcome to Chicago and Pinkfest, we are asking for your firm attendance
commitment for certain events not later than 12:00 Noon Central Daylight
Time Wednesday October 19, and sooner if possible.

Some general information:

Please note admission is required for the Symphony, Art Institute, "The
Great Fire" at the Looking Glass Theater, and the Halloween Extravaganza
at the The Wellington Steak House. We recommend purchasing admission to
all of these in advance with the exception of the Art Institute where
admission may be purchased upon your arrival.

Saturday afternoon makeover appointments should be made directly with
Janna:

Janna of Janna's Studio will be giving makeover demonstrations at the
Center on Halstead. No special reservation is required with Janna to
attend the public makeovers. However, to receive a makeover contact
Janna as directed below.

RSVP to Ginger for the events that follow:

RSVP's to Ginger at ginigrace@gmail.com are required or requested for
most of the meals and some other events noted below so we can make
reservations or otherwise provide space for our group. Because we don't
require a deposit we cannot guarantee reservations at meals, but we have
usually been successful in obtaining seating together or in close
proximity for our group. We have a good reputation with many of these
restaurants for being reliable with our estimated numbers. While we
understand there may be last moment exigencies which prevent you from
attending, please try to be on-time if you have committed. If you have
committed to attending an event and realize you can't please send an
email message to Ginger as far in advance as possible with your regret.
She will be monitoring her messages throughout the event.

In your initial RSVP message to Ginger, please be clear about what
event(s) you will be attending and be sure include your name.

Required (Happy Hour only is not required)

*Thursday, October 20, 1pm, Lunch at Ed Debevic's; RSVP Requested

*Thursday, October 20, 7:30pm, The Play "The Great Fire" at the Looking
Glass Theater; RSVP not required, but advance ticket purchase is
recommended.

*Thursday, October 20, 9:30pm, Dinner at Gino's East; RSVP Requested

*Friday, October 21, 11:00am, Lunch at Berghoff's; RSVP Required

*Friday, October 21, 1:30pm, Chicago Symphony or Chicago Art Institute;
RSPV not required, but advance ticket purchase is recommended for the
symphony; admission for the Art Institute may be purchased upon arrival
at the Institute

*Friday, October 21, 7:30pm, Dinner at Mercat; RSVP Required

*Saturday, October 22, 1pm, Lunch at Ann Sathers; RSVP Required

*Saturday, October 22, 3:00pm, Makeover Sessions at the Center on
Halstead; Demonstration and makeovers. To get a makeover, a sign-up
commitment is required directly with Janna of Janna's Studio at

*Saturday, October 22, 6:30pm, TransCinema at the Center on Halstead;
RSVP Requested
