Call For RSVPs - This is the one that counts ...

This is the "official" RSVP call for Pinkfest 2014.

If you will be attending Pinkfest, please respond to this note.

Regrets are not necessary. If you are not attending, you do not need to
explain why.

All who respond in the affirmative will get the following info:

* Detailed Pinkfest schedule and venue information.

* Contact phone numbers.

* Tabular schedule, for viewing via desktop or smart phone.

* Instructions on what to do if you have trouble finding the group.

Here is a list of the activities where we would like some kind of a
headcount or a sign-up. Please note that all activities not listed here
are "no sign-up, just show up" in nature.

"Sign-up requested" means that an affirmative RSVP is appreciated but
not absolutely necessary. You are welcome to attend even if you did not
RSVP.

"Sign-up required" means that an affirmative RSVP is necessary in order
to attend and participate.

Also please note that in many cases the sign-up will be for the meal
portion, but the happy hour is open to all with no RSVP.

Wednesday, October 8:

Thursday, October 9:

5:30pm: Dinner (Genos East Superior) - ms
* Sign-up requested.

7:30pm: Evil Dead - The Musical (Broadway Playhouse) - ms
* Ticket purchase required. See discussion forum regarding seats
together.

Friday, October 10:
12:00n: Lunch With Ginger (Ann Sathers) - ms
* Sign-up requested.

7:00pm: Dinner (Lina's Chicago Kitchen) - ms
* Sign-up requested.

Saturday, October 11:
12:00n: Lunch With Ginger (The Berghoff) - ms
* Sign-up requested.

7:00pm: Dinner (Gene and Georgetti's) - ms
* Sign-up required.

Sunday, October 12:
12:00n: Lunch With Ginger (Ed Debevics) - ms
* Sign-up requested.

3:30pm: Million Dollar Quartet (Apollo Theater) - ms
* Ticket purchase required. See discussion forum.

7:00pm: Dinner (McCormick and Schmick's) - ms
* Sign-up required.

You are welcome to attend anything not listed above with no RSVP or
other formality, but if you will be attending but not going to any
sign-up activities, it would be helpful to you to have the detailed
schedules and such, so please respond.

As a clarification, we won't be posting all of the RSVPs and such unless they have other meaningful content.

I am a local Chicago gal and am hoping to attend some the evening
activities. Evil Dead Thursday night and Dinner Saturday night. I can't
seem to register on the geekbabe forum.
