This is the result of a vote to determine voting status within
the ORG group. This motion carried and is effective as of May 24, 2007.

Vote:

Two weeks ago, we started a vote to determine voting privileges
for the Org group. The vote was to determine whether the voting
privileges would be open to those who have coordinated, or assisted
in coordinating an activity for either the past year, or for the
past two years. 

The results are three to one in favor of the past two years. 

As of now, the voting privileges for Org is only for those who
have attended at least one DLV in the past two years, and have
coordinated/assisted an activity during the past two years.
